Shopping Rules

1. UPDATED! Shipping is scheduled every Sunday (Through DNGEXPRESS). Rush orders are entertained but would require additional cost. (Through LBC)
2. UPDATED! Cut-off for the coming Sunday shipping is Saturday 8PM. All orders beyond that time shall be considered Rush shipping or for next Sunday shipping.
3. UPDATED! Locations that can't be covered by DNGEXPRESS courier will be shipped through LBC. This would require additional cost.
4. Payment fees are accepted through BPI, BDO and LBC Pera Padala ONLY.
5. Once ORDER FORM has been sent, cancellation is not allowed. Otherwise you will be posted as a bogus buyer.
6. Bogus buyers will be posted on all social medias.
7. Same as your right to confirm if we are legitimate seller, we also have the right to confirm if you are a legitimate buyer.
8. UPDATED! 1 day reservation only. No ORDER FORM, no reservation.
9. UPDATED! First to pay basis.
10. No return, no exchange policy.
11. You may resell our products but you have to get permission first before using our photos.
12. No payment photo, no shipping.
13. We treat your information and our conversations as confidential and so we expect that you would do the same.
14. Giving away our (Vanilla Frost Queen) information (anything that is related to Vanilla Frost Queen) and conversations to other people or posting it publicly/privately on the internet is prohibited unless given permission from us.
15. Without your agreement to the rules listed here, Vanilla Frost Queen shall have the right to not conduct any transactions with you.
